This Privacy Policy explains how SEOWebPlanet Solutions (“SEOWebPlanet”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit www.seowebplanet.com, any of its landing pages, or contact us through forms, WhatsApp, phone, email or ads on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or YouTube.
We are a digital marketing and web development agency based at 3rd floor, 3,4 & 5, Saral Prakash Complex, 6 Citypark Society, New Sama Road, Near Kotak Mahindra Bank, Vadodara, Gujarat, 390024, Vadodara, Gujarat, India. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for personal data we collect directly from you.
By using our website or submitting your details, you confirm that you have read this policy. Where we rely on your consent, we ask for it clearly at the point of collection, and you may withdraw it at any time (see Section 7).

Lead forms on Google and Meta. If you submit your details through a lead form inside a Google or Meta ad, that platform collects the data and passes it to us. The platform’s own privacy policy also applies.

- Manage ad personalisation in Google’s Ads Settings and Meta’s ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account.
- Learn how Google uses data from partner sites at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work without essential cookies.
5. Sharing, retention, security and transfers
Who we share data with. We share personal data only with:
- Service providers who process it on our behalf under contract: website hosting, CRM, email, WhatsApp Business, analytics and advertising platforms, payment and accounting software.
- Our team members and contracted specialists who need it to serve you, under confidentiality obligations.
- Government, regulatory or law-enforcement authorities when required by law, court order or to protect our legal rights.
- A successor business, if SEOWebPlanet is merged or acquired, under the same protections described here.

Security. We use reasonable security practices, including HTTPS encryption, access controls, secure hosting, and limiting access to staff who need it. No online system is completely secure. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify affected individuals and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.
International transfers. Some of our service providers, such as Google and Meta, store or process data outside India. We may also have team members outside India. Any such transfer follows the DPDP Act and any restrictions the Government of India notifies.
6. Children’s data
Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
7. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- Get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
- Ask us to correct, complete or update inaccurate data.
- Ask us to erase your data, unless we must keep it by law.
- Withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already done.
- Opt out of marketing messages: reply STOP on WhatsApp, use the unsubscribe link in emails, or tell us on a call.
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.
- Raise a grievance with us, and if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.
